Remote support is a method of linking your computer to our workshop. If you book a remote service session our engineers will log into your computer and investigate your computer problems. Our system is very secure and works on any computer anywhere in the world (Furthest to date: Brazil and California).
You will be able to see everything our engineers do, can stop them at any time and can ask any questions. We will explain what the problem is and how it can best be resolved and the likely cost.
